What do we mean by memory? Well, here’s what the dictionary says:

Memory: the power to remember; something remembered

Memorable: (adj) worthy of being remembered

Remember that last description, it is VERY important.

The secret of a good memory is attention, and attention to a subject depends upon our interest in it. We rarely forget that which has made a deep impression on our minds.

Tryon Edwards (1809–94)
