First published in 1981, was a book definitely ahead of its time. Fisher and Ury two leading authorities on Conflict Resolution apply the principles of a win/win approach to negotiation in an easy read with useful examples.

This is a helpful guide to planning and having those difficult conversations. Stone and Patton break down the various components of a difficult conversation and provide useful tips on how to structure your conversation to achieve the best outcome.
