As director of Resource Strategic Change Facilitators, Tony’s expertise is in change management and organisational development. He is involved in developing change strategies for local authority and central government, and clients in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Tony’s particular expertise is in the process of change using the Process Iceberg®.
Resource Productions has developed the Change Dashboard, a flexible, on-line profiling and auditing tool for undertaking organisational surveys prior to and during change. It measures complexity of the proposed change, how ready the organisation is to tackle the change, the economic versus values imperatives, resistance to change and the appropriate strategic leadership style which. All this provides the basis for tailoring and designing the change strategy.
Tony has, over his many years of experience, evolved a methodology for scenario planning that focuses on the key drivers in the external environment and assesses these against organisational capabilities. This enables teams to manage change in a way that is responsive to a rapidly changing environment.
Tony’s facilitation methodology has been adopted by APMG and is now delivered at Foundation and Practitioner level by accredited training organisations in different countries around the world.
