SCAMPER

The SCAMPER tool uses a practical and structured approach to thinking creatively by asking users to give answers to a checklist of idea-spurring questions. It is designed to reflect the thinking style of operational thinkers as it is a highly effective way of stimulating the creativity of individuals who like more structured processes.
