Strengths-based Approach to Development

A strengths approach to development is about focusing on your strengths in order to enjoy your work and achieve your potential. This approach can also be applied to teams and organisations, which can enable them to operate at their optimal best.

It is about focusing chiefly on your strengths and the things you love to do, rather than trying to overcome weaknesses to become more rounded. This approach enables you to be happier and more productive at work, while also staying true to who you are.

When well-being comes from engaging our strengths and virtues, our lives are imbued with authenticity.
