It is estimated that 70 per cent of women of menopausal age currently work, which equates to about 2.5 million working women. Many women will pass through menopause with only a minimal impact on their health and performance. For some women – those who experience intense and frequent symptoms – it can affect their wellbeing and their relationships, both at home and at work.
